Proudly Announcing our Newest Partner, Anjali Iyer
"The opportunity to create timeless architecture that's driven by compelling narratives excites me. As architects, we act as the hub in the wheel – we are generalists who leverage the expertise of talented consultants to solve complex problems."
Feldman Architecture is very excited to announce that Anjali Iyer has been elevated to Partner. With an unwavering dedication to Feldman Architecture over the last ten years, Anjali thrives in creative discourse and deeply enjoys translating design intent into grounded reality. As a Senior Project Manager and licensed Architect, Anjali has led the design of a collection of landmark projects, including the delicate, carefully detailed Atherton Pavilions, and the modern, intricate Round House. Serving as a leader of the studio's Business Development department, she excels at strategic planning and pursuing and winning new work. Her commitment to the studio shines in both her outstanding project work, as well as in her dedication to mentorship, leadership, and clarifying and systematizing firm operations and management, as well as her active dedication to the studio’s CSR, Design, and Standards committees.
Anjali hails from Mumbai, India, where she obtained her Bachelor of Architecture from the Sir J.J. College of Architecture. Prior to joining Feldman in 2014, Anjali developed skills in domain-specific technologies while exploring the possibilities for a paperless office and accrued over thirteen years of experience in the design and retailing of high-end custom residential work. As an associate architect at a small firm with a deep focus on details, Anjali offered her expertise in both architecture and interior design for small to medium scale projects first in Bangalore, India and then from Prague, Czech Republic. After she moved to the Bay Area, Anjali worked as a consultant and assistant principal architect at a small design studio specializing in residential projects.
Feldman Architecture is also very excited to announce a series of additional promotions: Heera Basi was promoted to a Senior Associate as well as a Senior Project Manager position, alongside Jess Stuenkel. Nicholas Mobilia was elevated to a Project Manager, and Evan McCurdy, Humbeen Geo, Isabel Verhille, Kateryna Rogynska, and Nicholas Tedesco were named Associates. Cheers to more growth, learning, and success in the New Year!
