^{Job Captain, Associate} Evan McCurdy

Evan joined Feldman Architecture in the summer of 2016 after graduating with honors from the University of California Berkeley, College of Environmental Design. During his time at UC Berkeley, he worked on a variety of design competitions and photography projects, earning him the campus-wide Eisner Prize for Architecture and for Photography.

As a job captain at Feldman, Evan works to incorporate his passion for design, craft, and sustainability into every project he touches. These interests permeate across his architectural work and beyond, whether it be sketching, model-making, photography, or even cooking. Evan serves as a key member of our Sustainability Committee, and as a leader in the studio as an Associate.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Evan has a deep-rooted connection to California Modernism and continues to take inspiration from architecture and its relationship to the California landscape.
