Q: Where are you from?

I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio! Quite the contrast to the California living that I now love, but I’m very grateful to have my roots back in Ohio. I loved growing up in the Midwest, surrounded by great people, passionate sports fans, and the ability to experience every type of weather imaginable in a single week.

Q: Where did you go to school?

I went to The Ohio State University for my undergraduate degree, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a minor in Fashion and Retail Studies. After graduating, I came out to California to pursue my Master of Architecture at UC Berkeley. It didn’t take much convincing for me to stay out here - I was hooked!

Q: Tell me about your family.

My big fat Greek family! I have two sisters, Sophia and Margot, who are my built-in best friends. My parents and most of my extended family are back in Cleveland, while my sisters and I are pretty spread out across the country - one in Washington, D.C., and one in her final year at Purdue University. Even though we’re far apart, my sisters, parents, aunts and uncles, and many cousins make every family reunion VERY lively, and it’s always something I look forward to going home for.

Q: What is the last show you binge watched?

I’m in a constant Seinfeld binge-watching loop. It truly never gets old.

Q: What are the top three things on your bucket list?

Hard to pick just three… but at the top of my mind right now are seeing the pyramids in Egypt, hiking in the Dolomites, and having an art show of my own.

Q: Favorite SF hidden gem?

Maybe not so hidden, but Bolinas Ridge up on Mt. Tam is one of my favorite places in the world. Catching a cloud inversion at sunset up there is otherworldly!

Q: What are five features you would include in your dream home?

An art studio for painting and all my odd crafts, a massive library, a sauna and cold plunge space, an interior courtyard space, and a vegetable garden. Dream life.

Q: Where are you most excited to travel next?

I just went to Mexico City, which will be a hard one to beat, but I’m hoping to do El Camino de Santiago next year! It’s another one that has been on my bucket list for quite some time.
