Noe Vally 3 is a light, open, urban transformation for a family with young kids, drawing inspiration from the color palette of the client’s existing art – which splashes life into the carefully selected furniture, and ignites the neutral palette of white, grey, and white oak.

A custom security gate and front door welcomes guests into the home – the entry sequence sets the tone with Heath tiles illuminated by a Pelle ‘Bubble’ Chandelier, layered with materials and patterns that create unexpected moments of interest.

In the Living Room, sophisticated and delicate pieces cross paths with whimsical and funky materials. The Dining Room and Living Room create a space for formal gatherings and dinner parties; elegant pieces like the Jonathan Adler ‘Ingmar’ chair and an Apparatus light fixture overhanging a wood slab dining room table create a sophisticated “adult zone.” The Family Room and Kitchen spill out onto the rear yard, creating a casual space for kids to play with easy adult supervision.
