Marketing Coordinator
The ideal candidate is passionate about media relations, branding, business development, and storytelling, and eager to dive deep into architecture and design. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting business development efforts across the studio, supporting the Marketing Manager in maintaining and nurturing the leads lifecycle, managing the CRM, and corresponding with potential clients. Additionally, this person will work closely with the Marketing Manager to draft marketing materials, award submissions, media packets, and pitches. This position works closely with principals, project teams, and external consultants to develop compelling materials that reflect the quality of our design work and the values of our firm. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Graphic Design, or related field.
1–4 years of marketing, public relations, or administrative experience. Preferred to have experience in a design related industry.
Strong graphic design and writing skills.
Highly organized with administrative experience and proficiency in database management.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (e.g., Cosential, Deltek, or similar).
Experience in visual storytelling, media relations, and brand development.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Passion for sustainability and design.
Hybrid opportunity to both work from home, as well as in our lively design studio, 3-days/week - a recently renovated Fire House off Polk Street.
$74,000-$85,000
